Systemic Yeast Infection Treatment

Candidate - Supports normal levels of systemic Candida and balanced probiotic flora in the body
Nature structured the human body in a very systematic way and put systems in place within the body that are automatically and reciprocally reactive to each other. If there are bad elements like harmful bacteria in the body, they are there for a purpose. At the same time there are friendly bacteria in place that fight to keep them in check.
Candida is one such yeast-like fungal microorganism that is present in small quantities in the body to manage undigested food. At the same time, good bacterium like acidophilus are also present in the intestines to check the growth of this dangerous fungus. However, this balance can be unsettled by antibiotics that kill good bacteria, a compromised immune system, (typically due to stress or disease) or environmental and food sensitivities. When this balance is distorted, Candida grows into its infective fungal form and passes through the intestines and colonizes the body tissues. The common presentation of Candida is oral (thrush) and vaginal (vaginitis) infection but Candida albicans can also become a systemic problem.
The fungal and infective form of Candida is able to cross the barrier between the intestines and the blood stream by damaging the intestinal walls. As undigested food enters the blood stream it can cause a wide range of symptoms. Systemic yeast infection encompasses practically every organ or system in the body causing generalized to specific gastrointestinal, genitourinary, dermatological, mental and autoimmune diseases.
Although topical and oral medications can relieve symptoms to a great extent there is always a great possibility of recurrence of Candida infections. Systemic yeast infection treatment involves a combination of Candida treatments that include changes in diet, supplements and natural remedies.
The basic dietary guidelines for Candida cure call for maintaining a diet that includes lots of vegetables, moderate amounts of fats and proteins and total avoidance of direct and simple sugars. During the initial healing phase, the diet should be absolutely free of any type of foods that contain yeast. This amounts to abstinence from beer and alcohol, avoiding concentrated sugars and practically all commercial foods unless they are labeled as not containing yeast. Instead lay stress on fresh vegetables and fresh proteins like chicken, fish, turkey, or eggs with every meal. If possible choose organic foods, if not available, ensure that you eat only fresh foods.
Supplements required for a Candida cure include digestive enzymes, probiotics, Lactobacillus, essential fatty acids and vitamins and minerals (calcium, iron, and magnesium) to restore the balance of good bacteria in the intestinal flora and boost immune system. Candida is primarily a lifestyle and 20th Century disease and the emphasis should be on natural supplements sourced from plants and herbs.
Alternative remedies including homeopathy and herbal cures are necessarily based on natural products without any elements of synthetic additives and unnatural processes. In conjunction with lifestyle changes, they too can prove to be of great help in systemic yeast infection treatment.
