Yes, it certainly is! We have formulated all our Flower Essence remedies for safe and effective use in pregnant woman, and they will not pose any risk at all to your pregnancy and unborn child- unlike prescription drugs. As these essences contain a very small amount of pharmaceutical ethanol, we recommend that they are diluted in just boiled water (as described in the dosage section) in order to evaporate all the alcohol without affecting the remedy.
