Chew or dissolve these very small pleasant-tasting tablets directly in the mouth. Alternatively for small babies, crush tablets and sprinkle onto tongue.

For all ages: Take 2–4 tablets 3 times daily. The last dose should be about 15 minutes before bedtime. An additional dose may be repeated 1-2 times during the night if needed.
