1. What is the auto-ship program?

The Auto-ship program automatically bills and sends you the quantity of products you sign for at the frequency you choose and then bills the credit card you have used to sign up for. You are only billed once your product is shipped so you never pay for anything you don’t want.

2. What are the benefits of the auto-ship program?

  1. Get free normal shipping on all of your auto-ship products (see question 3 for details).

  2. The program will automatically calculate when you are due to receive a free product based on our Buy 2 Get 1 FREE on going customer loyalty offer.

  3. There is no fee or minimum time commitment to join the auto-ship program.

  4. You may cancel anytime.

3. How does the free shipping discount work?

When a customer signs up for the auto-ship program, they automatically receive free normal shipping on all their auto-ship products. That’s a savings of $5.99 to $10.99 PER ORDER.

No, there is no minimum order or commitment to join.

5. Do I have to pay a fee to join the Auto-ship program?

No, join the convenience program at any time at no cost.

6. How do I join the auto-ship program?

Simply select the “auto-ship” button on the previous page to add the product of your choice to the cart. It will be shipped to you in the quantity and at the frequency you need.

7. What happens if the product on my auto-ship is on backorder?

We try our best to ensure that our fulfillment center is always stocked so this should not occur. If your product is temporarily on backorder our auto-ship customers receive priority. Your order will be shipped as soon as it’s available to ensure uninterrupted dosage and benefits.

8. What if I need to cancel the auto-ship program?

You can opt out of the auto-ship program at any time, without penalty. Simply call customer service and cancel by phone or email us with your customer information at service@nativeremedies.com. Your request must be received 5-7 business days before your next scheduled shipment date.

9. How will I be billed?

Each shipment will be charged to the form of payment used to pay for your initial order. The charge will occur when the product ships. Normal shipping rates apply; for more details click here.

10. How do I update my billing and address information?
