How do I use UTI-Free?

UTI-Free comes in convenient dissolvable granule form. The tiny granules are easy to administer to pets of all sizes and personalities with no fuss or bother!

DIRECTIONS

Granules may be sprinkled directly into the mouth or as an alternative mixed with a small amount of wet food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Working so far My cat is almost 21 years young! She is in excellent health except for some kidney issues and re occuring UTI's. I have been using the UTI free in addition to the liver/immunity support and so far so good. My best tips came from my vet. They told me that the animals often smell the supplements in their food and won't eat it so she suggested that I buy some baby food and mix the supplements into that. Be careful that you only buy baby food that does not contain any onion or garlic which is toxic to cats. I buy the small tiny jars, heat a small spoonful for less than 10 seconds and mix all of the supplements and feed it to her direct on the spoon. So far, this has worked like a charm! I do this 2x a day. I'm looking forward to seeing results and hope that the UTI's that she normally gets every 6 mths or so are gone for good now using this product. May 24, 2012

It was suggested that I switch him over to prescription food, so I did...in fact, I switched all 4 of my cats over...food seemed to work, but then I saw the Uti-Free product and decided to try it to see if it made a difference....I gotta tell ya, this stuff is great!!! The Vet put her on special food (dry) which worked well. In the interest of overcoming this problem and not being bound to a special perscription for life, I switched her on to a no grain wet/canned formula with great success. Occasionally I feed her a dry, no grain formula as a special treat. Even this small amount can set off the UTI issues. A recent UTI episode sent me scrambling for a natural soultion. Enter UTI-Free. The product is incredibly effective! My very picky and sensitive cat didn't even notice it in her food. Within a day her urine was no longer bloody. By the second day, her frequency was less by half. Rated 5 out of 5 by OMG - it worked!!! Thursday -Norman - a very healthy 13yr old - was peeing very bloody urine in small amounts frequently. I decided to check out what was available naturally - ordered the UTI-free and started cranberry pills and collodial silver (an anti-microbial) in water with some food in it. Started him on the UTI-free Friday eve and continued the cranberry and silver in watered-down food, plus an herbal urinary tract soother from the pet store. Continued the same routine and by Saturday afternoon, no more blood in the urine. By Sunday evening, he was back using the litter box normally. I am totally amazed. The last time this happened (8 years ago), he got blocked and spent 4 days in the hospital with a catheter. I did take a urine specimen to my vet Saturday to see if it was bacterial or crystal- related (it was bacterial) but I did not want to put him on antibiotics. Not sure if it was just the UTI-Free or a combination of everything but IT WORKED!! She will get so bad she pees on everything and it is tinged with blood. After the 6 doses for 30 mins she is good to go. For 3 years she has been clear. I found out the Ash in catfood causes UTI's so I have her on Purian One for Urinary Tract health Ash free and she has been clear...then my older cat started loosing weight and found out that a cat food allergy can cause them to do this. So I switched her back to the old cat food. Sheckie found it and once again has a UTI after being free of them for 3 years. Rated 5 out of 5 by I think it works?!! Our female cat, then aged 14, had a couple of UTI infections in a short space of time, and was put on Clavamox to clear them up. We hated using it - while on it, her whole body smelled sort of chemical-ey. The vet told us these UTI infections would be recurring and that next time, she would prescribe Clavamox for double the time to really "knock out the infection". We were dreading having to do that, and found UTI-Free online when searching for an alternative. Since we thought, at the very least, it would do no harm, we tried it. So, while we will never know what would have happened if we didn't put her on UTI-Free, what we DO know is that it's been well over a year and she has not had a UTI infection. She just turned 16 and is doing great. We sprinkle it in her wet food twice a day, and that's it. I had to rush Buddy to my vet who ended up keeping him overnight and catherized for blockage. The vet, a friend, said that if it happens again Buddy would need surgery (neutered already, everything else off). And that would cost about $1400-1800. That's on top of the 2 day stay that cost me about $900-he gives me a discount. I did a lot of research and because of these reviews and talking to Native Remedies, I ordered UTI Free. Well, like I said, that was almost 4 yrs ago & my vet had guessed about 6 months until things went wrong again) and there has only been 1 episode and that was because 2-3 days were missed by caretakers while I was away. Of course I'm happy because he's doing so much better but also because of all of the money it has saved me. I have an old cat that was having bladder issues and was squatting every five minutes to urinate. My problem is I'm unemployed and money is tight. I called a couple of vets for quotes and realized it was going to cost more than I could spend. I went online and found this product and the cost was within my budget. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fast Acting and Very Effective - Highly Recommended My 7 year old male cat, Lucky, was experiencing discomfort with urination. I had done my research on the internet and found and ordered UTI-Free. Because it was a Friday, next day overnight would not arrive until Monday. In hoping that Lucky can wait until Monday and even asked "can't you wait until Monday when the UTI-Free comes in?" I would rather give him something natural than medications, which would be even worse, as it affects other organs, but unfortunately, his cries and frequency to the litter increased. I immediately called the vet and was told to take him in or it could become serious. (I later researched urinary problems on the internet and found that if a cat is unable to urinate and has blockage, the cat can die in 48 hours if not treated.) A $145.00 visit found that his bladder was not enlarged and that he was just experiencing discomfort when urinating, they hydrated him with fluids and gave me 10 syringes of pain relief oral medication that I was to administer twice a day. I was even told that the symptoms can frequently reoccur. Upon taking Lucky home, he was fine, until the last dosage of oral medication. His cries and frequent urination started up again. When the UTI-Free finally arrived on Monday, I did not administer it to him because he was on the medication, and I decided to wait to see if the symptoms would reoccur. When I called the vet and indicated that his symptoms reoccurred, she wanted me to take him in for a urine sample, x-ray and ultra-sound - all to the cost of $195.00. Not being able to afford this, I asked if I can just have the pain relief medicine as his bladder showed no signs of inflammation and Lucky, with the exception of his urination discomfort, was acting quite normal with eating, drinking water, playing and going after my other cats - I have a total of four. I feed them Wellness Core grain free canned and dry food. When Lucky's symptoms reoccurred, beside calling the vet, I started administering the UTI-Free. That was Thursday and by Friday night, his crying and frequent urination settled down. We all got a good night's sleep. I did not even have to go back to the vet for a second round of medication. They asked me what I was giving him and I told them. My only wish is that the dosage would be more specific (an 1/8 of a teaspoon, 1/4 of a teaspoon, etc.) rather than a "pinch". Everyone's idea of the amount that a pinch can be - is different and the cat or dog may not be getting the sufficient amount. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product, as it is fast acting and very effective. I also feel that any pet owner should order this product to keep in the house - just in case. Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Effective My cat, Jasper, had horrible bladder stones which required a very expensive operation to remove. He was prescribed expensive food and we were told that the stones would probably come back. Sure enough, the food did nothing and he started showing symptoms again. After some research, I transitioned Jasper to a grain-free, non-dry food diet which took some work. It helped some, but he still had mild symptoms. I learned about UTI-Free and started him on it. Within a very short time he was symptom free! Thinking it was just a coincidence, and that it was really the dietary change that did it, I stopped the UTI-Free just to see. I really think the UTI-free I am using on my cat is going to fix the issues I have been fighting for over 3 years!!! After weekly visits to the vet and spending hundreds of dollars with no hope of solving this, I started searching on line. Rated 5 out of 5 by Incredibly Effective Five years ago my female cat was having trouble urinating. The vet found blood in her urine, said it was an infection and put her on antibiotics. This cleared it up for a couple of days, but then the problem returned. The vet offered more antibiotics, but I did research & found this product. Within 2-3 days with UTI-Free she had no trouble urinating. I continued with a maintenace dose 1/week for a few months & the problem has not returned. Then this week my male cat was showing lots of blood in his urine in the litter box & the vet found crystals. I shifted to wet food to increase water intake while waiting for my UTI-Free order to arrive. After giving him the initial dose yesterday, there is no longer any visible sign of blood in his urine & his energy has returned. My kitty had a recurring urinary tract infection that was costing me a bundle at the vet. I am happy to say there are no more 'accidents' on my rugs or anywhere else.
