  • For orders placed with economy shipping selected, please allow 4-8 business days for the order to arrive through regular mail.
  • Orders with expedited shipping selected and placed by 1 PM CST will ship on the same business day. Orders with expedited shipping selected and placed after 1 PM CST will ship on the following business day.
  • We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Charges & Taxes: Unless a customer provides us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to the acceptance of their order, they are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Silver Star Brands, Inc.'s franchise taxes and taxes on Silver Star Brands, Inc.'s net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Next Business Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for your deliveries.

International Shipping & Handling

Canada

Native Remedies fulfills Canadian international orders through our partner, Borderfree. Simply add items to your order and click on international check out to complete your order. You will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in your currency before you finalize your order. You will pay Borderfree the total amount for your order in your currency (which means that they will bill your credit card) and we will ensure that products get right to your door. Billing
Your order will be billed to your credit card by our international service provider, Borderfree. "BF*NativeRemedies*" will appear as the billing company.

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree once your order clears the border.

Shipping & Order Tracking
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add items to your order and check out through our International Check Out.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package. Customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Native Remedies will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.

Native Remedies will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. 

Native Remedies will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
