How do I use Sinu-Rite?

Directions:

Cats: One tablet 3 - 5 times daily
Dogs under 20 lbs: One tablet 3 - 5 times daily
Dogs 20-50 lbs: Two tablets 3 - 5 times daily
Dogs over 50 lbs: Three tablets 3 - 5 times daily
