In order to qualify to become a PetAlive Wholesaler, you must:

1. Complete the Application Form Below
2. Become approved by the Native Remedies reseller team, who will then provide you a username and password to give you access to the Native Remedies Wholesale Site
3. Place your orders online at the Native Remedies Wholesale Site, with a minimum order value after discounts of $250 plus shipping and handling (generally this equates to a minimum of around 15 to 20 items per order)
4. Pay for orders via credit card, debit card or PayPal at the time of ordering

On the Wholesale Site, you will gain access to:

• Our wholesale price list, with discounts from 55% off list and higher, up to 62.5% off for orders of $2,000 (after discounts) or more
• Downloadable, color product briefs and our product catalog, in PDF format
• News and other pertinent information of interest to you
• An online order form for easy ordering (you can also place orders by phone or by email directly with our customer service staff).
