How do I use PureMother Flower Essence?

DIRECTIONS

PureMother Flower Essence comes in a 15 ml liquid infusion of stock strength, hand-bottled flower and gem essences and is best used as follows:

Take one drop under the tongue or add 7 drops to 1/4 cup water after birth. Use daily for 14 days or as needed. 7 drops added to your bath water is also recommended.

This product is safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
